1. Nature of the service

fastovia is a B2B service exclusively for businesses and corporate clients, not an online retail store for individual consumers. A quote request does not form a contract, and online payment is not provided. Our team sends a separate quote, followed by an individual agreement. Once the contract is marked complete in the system, a project linked to the quote is created.

2. Services provided

  • English label, artwork and submitted-document review
  • Support for FDA MoCRA facility registration and product listing
  • Review of English product detail pages
  • Support for ingredient, allergen and labeling reviews based on client materials
  • Project tracking, follow-up requests, inquiries and results history

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, current product and business information, have lawful rights to use submitted materials and ensure their contacts are authorized to act. Clients must review follow-up requests and provide the required materials. They remain responsible for final product labeling, advertising, distribution and sale.

4. Service limitations

Reviews provide practical support based on client materials and are not legal advice. FDA registration or product listing does not mean FDA product approval or certification. FDA and sales-channel policies may change. Incomplete materials, delayed client confirmation, FDA system conditions or exceptional cases can affect timelines. AI analysis is internal supporting material reviewed by the assigned RA and is not automatically finalized.

5. Fees & contracts

Fees, taxes, payment terms, scope and start dates follow the individual quote and agreement. A request may be cancelled at the quote-request stage. Cancellation, termination, refunds and settlement for work performed or costs incurred after contracting follow the individual agreement.

6. Projects & materials

Materials may be retained after cancellation to fulfill contracts, preserve work records, resolve disputes or satisfy legal retention needs. Intellectual property belongs to the client or lawful rights holder, and 패스토비아(FASTOVIA)uses it only as needed to perform the contract and treats client materials and work as confidential.

7. Accounts & security

Clients must safeguard accounts and authentication methods and immediately report unauthorized use. External account details, including FDA Direct credentials, are handled with the minimum privileges needed. Secrets such as passwords and API keys are not recorded in plain text in public responses or ordinary logs. Abnormal use, unauthorized access or misuse of privileges may result in restricted access.

8. External AI use

We do not currently request consent for AI analysis during registration or quote requests. If AI analysis is introduced, we will explain the actual processing conditions and complete any required separate procedures. Registration, quote submission or earlier consent does not authorize all future AI processing or international transfers. Client materials may be processed only after the actual organizational-account contract and processing conditions, lawful grounds and required notices or consents are checked. Personal AI accounts must not be used for client materials. Only the minimum necessary data is used; unnecessary personal information is removed or masked. RA staff check AI results against source materials; results are not used for automatic approval, finalization or publication to clients. For external processing information and contact details, see the Privacy policy.

9. Other

Service may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, outages, network or FDA system issues, or events beyond reasonable control. Reasonable liability for direct losses applies to the extent permitted by law, and 패스토비아(FASTOVIA)does not disclaim liability wholesale for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Important notices are sent to the account email or displayed in the service. Changes to these terms and their effective date are announced in advance. These terms are governed by South Korean law; jurisdiction follows the parties' agreement or applicable procedural law.
